Operation: Bicep Hold

Many have asked for it and the waiting is over! Here is the official video for Operation: Bicep Hold. This 14-day challenge is an opportunity to gain obstacle-specific upper body strength and grip strength. Are you up for the challenge?


Challenge begins February 1st!


To participate: 1. Take a video of your initial bicep hold to fatigue 2. Post it on IG. Tag @theocrtrainer and #OperationBicepHold 3. Add 5 seconds onto your bicep hold from day 1-13 4. Day 14, take a video of your bicep hold to fatigue 5. Celebrate your newfound back and bicep strength! Yay!
