Power Training is a crucial component to all OCR training. It gives you the explosiveness you need to jump on and off obstacles, and to move through whatever is put in your way. This 4 week phase is the sport-specific icing on the cake as you lead into your Ultra. These 4 weeks will take you right up to race day.
