Megan is a Certified Athletic Trainer, a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and an Obstacle Specialist. She took her love for obstacle course racing and her extensive knowledge of the human body to develop a new style of OCR training which merges movement and function with obstacle technique and specificity. Megan has been featured on Spartan Life as a Workout of the Day writer as well as in Livestrong and in other media outlets. She is the former Assistant Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach of Philadelphia University as well as a former Tier 3+ Personal Trainer and Equinox Fitness Training Institute Master Instructor at Equinox Sports Club in Boston.

Super beneficial training for obstacles from a very knowledgeable trainer. I liked that I got an opportunity to try some obstacles (including a rope and a spear!) and learn techniques that translate well to the obstacles. Very cool and innovative.
I followed Megan's Super Spartan Training plan to get ready for the Virginia Super. I liked the variety of the plan and I definitely felt well prepared for the race
